Beberapa vendor yang ikut serta dalam penegembangan di jalur FTTH atau Fiber Optik yaitu ZTE, ALCATEL, HUAWEI, Lucent. APAKAH BISA ONT DENGAN VENDOR BERBEDA HIDUP DI OLT DENGAN VENDOR BERBEDA?” jawabannya “BISA!”. Disini saya ambil contoh 2 vendor yaitu ZTE dengan HUAWEI, saya menggunakan ONT HUAWEI HG8245A dan saya sambungkan dengan pasif spliter yang menuju ke OLT GPON ZTE C300. berikut langkah yang harus dilakukan yaitu:
1. Pastikan ONT HUAWEI terpasang dengan benar dan hidupkan tombol power, hingga indikator pon berkedip hijau.
2. Kemudian masuk ke OLT GPON ZTE berikut perintahnya :
